A good friend of mine just started playing badminton, and he wanted to know what techniques he needs to learn as a newbie.
Well, 4 things:
1. The use of the "racket-foot"
2. The "pan-hold" versus the "universal hold"

10 years of play
Every time someone asks me how long i have been playing badminton, i always compute in my mind 24 years less the number of years i have not been playing which is equal to about 10 years of continuous play.
